6 sites. 1 server. Zero excuses.
The Challenge
Stilotex runs six brands across textiles, baby products, mattresses, and sportswear. Their sites were scattered across Bluehost and a patchwork of registrars. Pages crawled.
Bium's existing store was so slow their team dreaded logging in. They were paying $400/year just for Bium's hosting alone, and performance kept dropping.
Essenza was a new business line that needed a store from scratch. The rest needed to be dragged off infrastructure that was actively hurting sales.
Our Approach
We started with the two ground-up builds. Bium (bium.com.co) got a complete WooCommerce rebuild for baby products — custom theme, WhatsApp integration, Mapbox store locator, Instagram feed, and GA4 + GTM tracking wired in from day one. Essenza (colchonesessenza.com) got a premium DTC mattress experience with a custom Blocks plugin and Addi installment payments. Each build took about 3 months.
Then we migrated the remaining four sites progressively over the next two months. No big-bang cutover. One site at a time, validated, then on to the next.
All six now live on a single DigitalOcean instance with Redis + Varnish caching and Cloudflare in front. Images are offloaded to Cloudflare R2 via cdn subdomains, keeping the server lean and delivery fast.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many WordPress sites can you run on one server?
We run 6 WooCommerce stores on a single DigitalOcean droplet. Redis object caching, Varnish page caching, and Cloudflare CDN keep all six under 2-second load times.
What caching stack works best for WooCommerce?
Redis for object caching, Varnish for full-page caching, and Cloudflare as the CDN layer. This combo handles dynamic cart pages and static product pages without conflicts.
Can multiple WooCommerce stores share hosting without performance issues?
Yes. Stilotex runs 6 brands across textiles, baby products, and sportswear on shared infrastructure. The stack holds 99.93% uptime and processed 65M+ COP in revenue over 4 months.
