The Challenge

Stilotex runs six brands across textiles, baby products, mattresses, and sportswear. Their sites were scattered across Bluehost and a patchwork of registrars. Pages crawled.

Bium's existing store was so slow their team dreaded logging in. Hosting costs kept climbing while performance kept dropping.

Essenza was a new business line that needed a store from scratch. The rest needed to be dragged off infrastructure that was actively hurting sales.

6 sites. 1 server. Zero excuses. — our approach

Our Approach

We started with the two ground-up builds. Bium (bium.com.co) got a complete WooCommerce rebuild for baby products — custom theme, WhatsApp integration, Mapbox store locator, Instagram feed, and GA4 + GTM tracking wired in from day one. Essenza (colchonesessenza.com) got a premium DTC mattress experience with a custom Blocks plugin and Addi installment payments. Each build took about 3 months.

Then we migrated the remaining four sites progressively over the next two months. No big-bang cutover. One site at a time, validated, then on to the next.

All six now live on a single DigitalOcean instance with Redis + Varnish caching and Cloudflare in front. Images are offloaded to Cloudflare R2 via cdn subdomains, keeping the server lean and delivery fast.
